CULTURALLY-AFFIRMING
Individual Therapy
Supporting women from immigrant families in Cypress, Houston, and online throughout Texas.
What can I expect during a therapy session?
Individual therapy is a one-on-one session that focuses on you. We usually start with a brief check-in, then let the conversation take us in any direction you want to explore.
I welcome you to make yourself comfortable, grab a coffee, and get a snack. This space, whether virtual or in-person, is one where you can show up as yourself.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in cultural understanding and social justice. I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. Recognizing how our culture, family, identity, and experiences with systemic oppression can shape our mental health is essential.
Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you, honoring your unique experiences, strengths, and goals with room for humor and growth along the way.
