MEET JEANINE
Jeanine Vallatini, Licensed Professional Counselor
Hi! I’m Jeanine, a person-centered therapist giving adult daughters of immigrants a safe space to process their experiences and heal. I grew up in a Latino and Arab household, and deeply understand and appreciate the cultural and racial impact on each person's journey.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, mixed-race identity, or long-held trauma, I’m here to support you on your healing journey.
Some fun facts: I’m a mom, a former teacher, a book lover and a major coffee enthusiast!

Sessions at Therapy With Jeanine
Sessions with me usually start with a brief check-in, then we let the conversation take us in any direction you want to explore.
I welcome you to make yourself comfortable, grab a coffee, and get a snack. This space, whether virtual or in-person, is one where you can show up as yourself.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in cultural understanding and social justice. I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you feel seen, heard, and accepted for who you are. Recognizing how our culture, family, identity, and experiences with systemic oppression can shape our mental health is essential.
Together, we work at a pace that feels right for you.
I believe that we can do deep work while bringing in joy and laughter! You can be honest about the hard stuff, laugh when you need to and not worry about judgement.
